The Minister of Agriculture and Livestock, Carlos Fávaro, will close the seminar.
From January 18 to 21, 2023, the 15th edition of the Global Forum for Food and Agriculture will take place in Berlin. This event will bring together 70 Ministers of Agriculture from different countries, including Minister Carlos Fávaro, who will present the new position of the Brazilian government in agricultural-environmental management. The environmental law proposed by the European Union will be on the agenda.
On January 20, the Embassy of Brazil in Berlin will promote the seminar “HOW CAN BRAZIL AND GERMANY TRANSFORM FOOD SYSTEMS?”, a side event of the Global Forum for Food and Agriculture 2023 and Minister Fávaro will close the seminar. The theme “Challenges of reconciling Sustainable Agriculture and Food Security” will open the seminar that will also address Bioeconomy, Blue Economy and Bilateral Cooperation. Since 2017, Green Rio has hosted the German-Brazilian Bioeconomy Workshop, which will have its seventh edition in 2023.
