DECLARATION

CONSENT FOR THE USE OF VOICE, IMAGE, AND CONTENT

I authorize the capture and use of my image, voice, and content, pursuant to Article 7, Item I of Law No. 13.709/2018 (LGPD – General Data Protection Law), by GREEN RIO TEC LTDA. within the scope of the Green Rio Tech 2026 event, to be held on October 29–30, 2026, at AXIA Marina da Glória in Rio de Janeiro, RJ.

This authorization includes the recording, publication, and dissemination of my presentation, as well as the capture, cropping, reduction, and editing of images, the presentation itself, voice, and video content. This material is intended for dissemination to the general public and/or for internal use by the institution and its public and private partners, provided the original purpose is not distorted.

This authorization is granted free of charge and covers the use of the aforementioned image and voice throughout the national territory and abroad. It applies to all platforms belonging to GREEN RIO and its public and private partners (including social media, websites, and similar channels) for a wide range of uses, such as photos, videos, records, reports, and publications. This authorization is valid for an indefinite period, requiring no further authorization or prior notice for the use of the image/voice in said materials or content.

As this reflects my true intent, I declare that I authorize the uses described above and waive any claims regarding rights related to the data, image, and voice. I acknowledge my right to request the anonymization, blocking, rectification, or deletion of data that is unnecessary, excessive, or processed in non-compliance with the LGPD.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY OWNERSHIP

As a speaker at the GREEN RIO TECH / BLUE ECONOMY RIO SUMMIT 2026, I DECLARE, for all legal purposes, that I assume full responsibility for the material used in the presentation—including photos, images, graphics, text, and intellectual content—and that I hold the AUTHORIZATION AND/OR LICENSE to use any intellectual works included in the presented material.

I DECLARE that I am solely responsible for the presentation content and the displayed materials, thereby absolving GREEN RIO TEC LTDA. of any and all liability or consequences arising from the presentation and the materials used therein.

In accordance with applicable law, I ACKNOWLEDGE that any infringement of third-party Intellectual Property rights may result in the imposition of appropriate civil and criminal penalties.
