Sitio do Moinho is located in a valley in Itaipava, in the mountainous region of Rio de Janeiro. The Sitio has 9 hectares of flat area, where we have a beautiful vegetable garden and an organic bakery. We are certified by IBD and we already have 30 years of work.

We deliver personalized baskets to several families, serve restaurants and shopkeepers with our vegetables and slow-fermented breads, granolas and agave sauce that we import from Mexico.
