A food supply chain or food system refers to the processes that include production, processing, distribution, consumption and disposal.

The speakers in this panel will address the biodiversity in the food supply chain to food waste, along with traceability and the consumer awareness. More and more consumers not only demand their products to be safe, but also sustainable and responsibly sourced. And last,but not least, food security is one of the most visible problems increased by Covid-19.
