Promotion through innovation and environmental agendas in Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo

Rio de Janeiro hosted a week of significant innovation events. We participated in the Inova Agro Tour RJ, organized by SNASH (SNA Startup Hub) in Rio de Janeiro. The agenda covered topics such as cooperativism, AI, connectivity, and technologies for producers. The event featured startup pitches and an award for the traceability platform Verus.

That same week, WebSummit took place at Riocentro. Over 1,500 startups attended the three-day event, including deep-tech companies like BioCorp Soluções Ambientais and startups from SNASH. Prior to the opening, we also attended an international panel at the “Startups, Investment, and Business” seminar held at the Consulate of Portugal in Rio. WebSummit is modeled after the major annual global event held in Lisbon.

Participation in these events aimed to foster synergy and partnerships for Green Rio Tech and Blue Economy Rio. These were important discussions and initiatives for the country’s innovation ecosystems.
